The Epic Pass in Vail

Skiing in Beaver Creek, CO
Wondering what your best options are for skiing in the Vail Valley this year?  If you are planning on skiing 6 or more days, then one of the Epic Passes is for you!  The following is a breakdown of all the options that are available to you:

The Epic Pass is just that, EPIC! It is hands down one of the best all around mountain passes out there! The savings are amazing and the benefits unbelievable!  The Epic Pass even made it onto Forbes.com’s “Worth It List” in 2011.  With Vail Resorts combining several of its top ski resorts in the Epic Pass; Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Arapahoe Basin, you get unlimited and unrestricted skiing and snowboarding for the 2012/13 season. UNBELIEVABLE!

But besides the Epic Pass there are a couple others one out there that may suit you better so have a read to figure which one you’ll be buying this season whether you are in the area for 7 days or a whole season! Here is a run down on each:

1.  BOOK EARLY VAIL SKI LIFT PASS:

These legendary passes go on sale before the start of each ski season giving the steepest discounts on lift passes at all Vail resorts in the Colorado area. The early bird always gets the worm! This pass is ideal for those planning on skiing 5 days or less.  But don’t wait.  The longer you wait to higher the rates go.

Depending on the season you travel, how many days you want to ski, or whether you are planning multiple trips, one of these passes will surely be for you!   For example, if you plan to ski more than 7 days in regular season, the Epic Pass may be the more economical option – plus, if you come back for an additional ski holiday during the year, you have unlimited access to all the amazing mountains mentioned. So the passes below are worth it for those of you skiing/snowboarding more than 7 days.

2.  VAIL EPIC PASS (Full Season)
