- Vail Golf Club requires proper golf attire, which includes collared shirts and does not allow denim.
- Children must be six years old to be on the course.
- All spectators are required to ride in golf carts.
- Each player must have his/her own bag of golf clubs.
- Vail Golf Club is a spikeless shoe facility.
- No outside food or beverage is allowed on the premises.

- All Golf fees are due upon arrival at the course. A non-refundable administration fee of $25 will be due at the time of booking
- Guest tee times can be booked a maximum of 60 days in advance.
- No single player bookings are allowed, with a maximum of four tee time booking to any person or group. Five tee times or more must be booked with the resort direct.
- Cancellation Policy: Tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change to reservation is not cancelled by this time, the credit card holder may be held responsible for all applicable, posted full price fees for all players booked. Cancellation or changes cannot be made online.
