La Tour

For decades, La Tour has been one of Vail’s most popular spots for foodies. Try the Chicken Paillard with an amazing crème fraîche potato purée; the Lobster Bisque; or for a secret special request, call ahead and ask for their gnocchi (best ever).

 Russell’s Steakhouse

Locally owned and operated, this cozy surf and turf restaurant serves up fantastic food with friendly and knowledgeable servers. The steak is so perfectly tender you may believe the story that the cattle are given daily massages and yoga sessions. Try the King Crab Legs – they’re possible the best anywhere in the world.

La Bottega

For premium Italian in Vail, come celebrate life’s finer things in food, wine, and hospitality at this relaxed yet gracious eatery. From the sunny patio to the welcoming dining room, it’s the freshest tastes of Northern Italian cuisine in a lively atmosphere. Try the Kobe Beef Cheese Steak with Foie Gras Mousse, the Cedar Planked Salmon, or the Thin-Crust Pizzas.

Osaki’s Sushi

Owned and operated by the same attentive family that runs The Sebastian, this hole in the wall sushi restaurant is a local favorite. Many would agree that this authentic gem is without a doubt the best sushi in Vail. Pricey but worth every penny, the ingredients are just so fresh and smooth. Try the Fluke Tiradito and the Wagyu Sashimi.

Campo de Fiori

For a lively atmosphere and outstanding Italian cusine, this joint does it right. The food is phenomenal with only the freshest ingredients and the service is superbly on point. Try the Gnocchi and the Crème Brulée for dessert.

Ristorante Ti AMO

Up the road in Eagle Vail, this intimate and casual Italian restaurant is the locals’ favourite. Off the beaten path but well worth discovering, it’s less expensive than it’s Vail counterparts yet features supreme quality cuisine. Try any pasta with veal and crab.

Los Amigos

If you’re in the mood for Mexican, Los Amigos is the top choice for an excellent ambiance with amazing views and decent grub. Located at the base of Vista Bahn gondola, it’s perfect for après-ski margaritas and nachos. Try the Chimichanga and the Steak Burrito.


Enjoy the unique and luxurious experience of in-theatre dining. Lean back in the leather rocking chairs and choose from an excellent menu of freshly prepared American Bistro as you watch a film on the big screen.
