Celebrate romance and partake in our indulgent a la carte raw bar featuring sushi, sashimi rolls, plus a variety of fresh shucked oysters, crab, lobster, jumbo shrimp and smoked salmon. Brewmaster’s Weekend with Tommyknocker Brewing Company

Join Vail Cascade Feb. 8-9 for an interactive and informative look at the art and evolution of craft beer with Tommyknocker brewing experts. For two days, brewmasters and beer lovers will convene at the hotel for some mingling, learning and of course, sampling. The format includes a happy hour craft beer sampling session with the guest brewmaster on Feb. 8 and a craft beer and food pairing event on Feb. 9 in Atwater on Gore Creek.

    I had an amazing dinner here this past summer. Fish tacos were amazing, steak was perfectly cooked and the wine pairing was spot on! Highly recommend!!!
